Lisa Thomas is passionate about helping organizations navigate complex challenges, drawing on decades of experience in client services and project management across the financial and technology sectors. After founding Brand Farm in 2002 to assist diverse clients, she has joined Consortium Training & Consulting as a Client Relations professional. Lisa is committed to building strong partnerships with schools and districts, ensuring they have the support and resources needed to thrive in today’s educational landscape.
Biography
Lisa Thomas has a business resume that spans decades in the financial and technology world with multiple client services & project management roles at MBNA America, SEI Investments and Sanchez/e-Profile. She has worked with teams launching online banking platforms for American Express, Lehman Bank, Sovereign (Santander) Bank and various other financial institutions. She brings that wealth of knowledge to her small to mid-sized business projects.
Choosing to build upon a freelance career, Brand Farm (originally Mid-Atlantic Equestrian Services) was founded in 2002 by Lisa after her corporate career was directly affected by 911. With an initial focus on the olympic level equestrian athletes, businesses and events – her business expanded to include a variety of clients in real estate, small business, the arts, health and advocacy, as well as sports marketing and event management. In addition, she served for 3 years as the Event & Sponsorship Director of the Coatesville Invitational Vintage Grand Prix, a 3-day vintage automotive and motorcycle event held in Chester County, PA.
In 2018, she rebranded Mid-Atlantic Equestrian Services to Brand Farm, LLC with her husband Bill Thomas, due to their shared expertise in consultancy work. Bill’s impressive resume includes being the award-winning founder of Bills Khakis, consultant to Levis Strauss/Dockers, Brand Director of Duck Head, and Founder of PennBilt Brand. Together they offer expansive consultancy services across multiple industries.
