Doug Aiken brings over 25 years of leadership experience in financial services, specializing in process improvement, risk management, fraud prevention, and operational strategy. Throughout his career—including senior roles at JPMorgan Chase and First Republic Bank—Doug has led enterprise-wide initiatives strengthening organizational resilience, enhancing client and employee experiences, and delivering measurable impact.
Most recently, Doug revitalized a global process improvement program for JPMorgan Chase’s Wholesale Lending Services organization, engaging 3,000 employees across five countries and driving over $2 million in cost savings. He also played a key role in post-acquisition integration efforts, designing high-touch client servicing models and aligning operations to enhance continuity and trust.
