Complete School Threat and Vulnerability Risk Assessment (TVRA) and Report Assessment
 
This assessment results in a thorough evaluation of the school site's preparedness posture. The resulting report is organized to address vulnerabilities and countermeasures.
 
It also provides a roadmap to mitigate those vulnerabilities. Your report will summarize the risk level for each vulnerability identified. Risk level is established based on professional experience and deep analysis of the threat vectors, derived from the vulnerability identified, current intelligence and past incidents, probability of occurrence, and the potential impact to facility structure, personnel, reputation and operational sustainability if a vulnerability is exploited in full.
 
It includes:
Assessment of physical security vulnerabilities (i.e., fencing, screening procedures, parking areas, and common areas)
Review of procedural safety vulnerabilities (i.e., emergency operation plans)
Behavioral threat assessment protocols assessment
Complete walk-through and in-person inspection of the physical facility
A written report with risk analysis and prioritization
