Complete Threat and Vulnerability Risk Assessment (TVRA) and Report Assessment

Our Workplace Threat, Vulnerability and Risk Assessment results in a thorough evaluation of the site's preparedness posture. The resulting report is organized to address vulnerabilities and countermeasures. It also provides a roadmap to mitigate those vulnerabilities. Your report will summarize the risk level for each vulnerability identified.
 
Risk level is established based on professional experience and deep analysis of the threat vectors, derived from the vulnerability identified, current intelligence and past incidents, probability of occurrence, and the potential impact to facility structure, personnel, reputation, and operational sustainability if a vulnerability is exploited in full.
 
It will also include:
Assessment of physical security vulnerabilities (i.e., fencing, screening procedures, parking areas, and common areas)
Review of procedural safety vulnerabilities (i.e., Emergency Operation Plans)
Review of behavioral threat assessment protocols
A complete walk-through and inspection of the facility in-person
A written report with risk analysis and prioritization
