Mindful Reset Series

A 10-Week ProfessionalDevelopment Experience for Educators & School Staff

Practical Strategies & Tools to Build Educator Resilienc

In today’s educational landscape, resilience is not optional — it’s essential. The Mindful Reset Series is a 10-week, cohort-based professional development experience designed to support the emotional well-being, resilience, and sustainability of school and district staff.

This series equips educators and leaders with practical tools grounded in neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and systems thinking — helping schools strengthen culture, reduce educator burnout, and improve engagement across their communities while also helping teachers better reduce poor classroom behavior.

Open to all school and district staff, this series is offered as a flexible resource—educators may attend any sessions that resonate with their needs, without pressure to participate in the full series.

What’s Included:

  • 10 live, facilitated sessions over 10 weeks
  • Interactive, reflective, and practical learning experiences
  • Content adaptable to your school or district’s unique needs
  • Option to include a bonus session or guest speaker

Each session supports both individual growth and collective culture change.

Why District Leadership Should Invest

Investing in the Mindful Reset Series is an investment in the long-term stability and effectiveness of your workforce. When educators are supported with practical tools to regulate stress, process emotions, and build resilience, they are less likely to burn out and more likely to stay in the profession. This translates directly into improved teacher retention, stronger classroom regulation, and fewer behavioral disruptions—because regulated adults create regulated environments. By helping staff show up as the best version of themselves, districts and schools foster healthier school climates, reduce reactive discipline, and create conditions where both educators and students can thrive. The result is not just individual wellbeing, but a more sustainable, engaged, and effective school system overall.
